Mr. Koczanowicz has returned to the City of Moorpark after a 20-year absence and has established his new law firm here. Having lived in Moorpark and practiced law in the Los Angeles area in the 1980’s, in 1991 Mr. Koczanowicz relocated to the central California community near Yosemite National Park, where he established his law firm serving various governmental and private clients in the Central Valley and other areas of the state. He and former firm partner Larry Donaldson offered their clients a vast range of legal services and experience. His firm’s domain name, www.yosemitelaw.com, remains as a tribute to one of America’s most beautiful treasures of nature. His new office is located in the Campus Plaza development on Collins Drive at Hwy 118. Mr. Koczanowicz has 27 years of legal experience which includes a wide ranging spectrum of legal services. The firm provides City Attorney services to the cities of Grover Beach and Tulare, as well as General Counsel services to the Five Cities Fire Authority. Additionally, Mr. Koczanowicz provides legal services to his private clients in the areas of real estate and environmental law, land use and development, personal injury, insurance coverage and general business advice and litigation. Mr. Koczanowicz is also trained and available to serve in a role of a third party neutral or a mediator. |

The firm’s philosophy is to provide proactive legal counseling directed at avoidance or prevention of legal disputes and if necessary, lead the client through all stages of the litigation process in an efficient and cost effective manner. The firm will maintain an association with Mr. Koczanowicz’s former law partner, Mr. Larry A. Donaldson, who continues to practice under his own firm, Larry A. Donaldson Law Firm, in the central California community just outside of Yosemite National Park. Mr. Koczanowicz and his firm will continue to provide legal services to its established and new clients in the Conejo Valley area. |
