The
law firm of Koczanowicz & Donaldson was established in August
of 2004 when Mr. Larry A. Donaldson joined the Law Office of Martin
D. Koczanowicz. The firm will continue to provide legal services in
the areas of governmental and municipal law, real estate and business
litigation, personal injury, environmental and insurance law. Additionally, the firm has expanded its practice into the area of estate planning.
Koczanowicz & Donaldson is located in the beautiful Oakhurst area, less than 15 miles from Yosemite National Park. From this location the firm has been providing legal services to clients in California and other states. The firm serves as the City Attorney for the City of Grover Beach, and as legal counsel for the Del Rey Community Services District. Additionally, the list of clients includes companies and individuals throughout the entire State of California, as well as Idaho, Oregon and Montana. The firm offers its clients 46 years of combined legal experience. This experience includes the entire spectrum of legal services from proactive legal counseling directed at avoidance or prevention of legal disputes, through all stages of litigation and appellate work. Additionally, the firm is available to provide third-party neutral or mediation services. |
